In this survey, you will be given tasks which are aimed at finding information from the web-site of METU Informatics Institute./ Bu çalışmada, sizlere ODTÜ Enformatik Enstitüsü web sayfasından bir takım bilgileri bulmanızı amaçlayan görevler verilecek.

Please note that this survey does not test your computer literacy or your knowledge about the Informatics Institute. All the information you will look for exists in the Institute web-site. / Bu çalışma kesinlikle sizlerin bilgisayar becerilerini ya da Enformatik Enstitüsü hakkındaki bilgi birikimini test etmeye yönelik değildir. Bulmanız istenen bilgilerin tamamı Enstitü web sayfasında mevcuttur.

Our aim is to service the right information to the right people within minimum time from our Institute web-site. You can support us by reserving approximately your 45 minutes to participate in our questionnaire which is composed of 9 tasks and 32 short assessment questions. We will appreciate you participation.

Now, please attempt to do the following tasks. While carrying out the tasks, you can browse our web pages to find the requested information, use the “Search” option or “Sitemap” in our web pages. Please DO NOT use your existing knowledge while answering the questions. You MUST try to find the answer on our web pages at all times. After you finished each task, we need your feedbacks regarding the answer, the level of its hardness you perceive and lastly your reasoning and suggestion.

The scale below each task shows the hardness you perceive. ( 1:very easy & 5: very hard ) Please mark the hardness level that best suits for you.

Your actions on the web will be recorded in our log files only to be used for academic purposes.
